Sienna Ayala has made a significant impact to the Fazoli’s team within the one year timeframe that she has been employed with us. This was Sienna’s first job, and she has gone from a reserved Foh cashier to a Boh steam table operator, a confident drive thru order taker and most importantly a certified trainer for new associates. Sienna has an extremely welcoming personality that make guests and associates feel important. Sienna guides the guests while taking their order in the drive thru, offering items to enhance their meals while also listening to their needs and not pushing if they aren’t interested. She cares about the presentation of our store whether it is something within guest view or in the back of house. She helps maintain sparkling clean standards and can be relied on to detail items when needed. Sienna played a large part of coordinating cleaning tasks to help the store look great on a recent RE Visit, where we received a 93.94%. I truly look forward to the shifts that I work with her because I know that she produces a smooth shift with great guest service.
