Since her very first day, Makenzi has been a steady, reliable, multitalented associate. Always looking Fazoli’s perfect, punctual, and with a smile, Makenzi wows guests in the dining room as well as the drive thru. Better yet, she is equally good on the steam line and is constantly perfecting her knowledge and streamlining her timing. She is kind and well liked among her peers and relied on by managers. Recently we had a little down time and Makenzi said “Can I go wash dishes?” She is always looking for something to do and sees ways to help before she is asked. She attends ECTC thru her high school, managing to balance a full college schedule, high school activities and around 20 hours of Fazoli’s work. She is an absolute joy and takes being a trainer and an example associate seriously. More than any other trait, I need associates I can count on and will give me their best eﬀort and Makenzi meets and exceeds that statement.
