Cyra Cullen

It’s just amazing how one-more interview after a long day can change the course of so many aspects of your business. Cyra’s story was a very unique one that I can still remember to this day, because she joined our team right in the middle of our store being rebuilt after the significant tornado damage last year. I’ll admit, both her and I were hesitant to her starting so quick, considering she had just went through significant back surgery and she was very restricted with her ability. But she was insistent that she could handle the task, and to this day she has become one of our most talented and enthusiastic team members to date. Cyra has the energy that every team needs. She shows up to work with a smile on her face, she powers through the rush without complaint, and always leaves the best impression with both the guests and team. She has recruited mulitple team members to join at our location and her involvement with our store has always gone with gratitude and we are very proud of the person she has grown to be. My only complaint is that I wish I had three more of her. We are proud to nominate her as our May 2026 All-American nominee and we cannot wait to see where she grows to this next year with us.
