About

When I think about Christine I think about how much she has grown up in the last year. Fazoli’ s is her first job and she started right after turning 16. She was a quiet straight A student (still is) that was super shy. When I asked her about what she ’ s learned at Fazoli’ s she quickly replied that she ’ s learned a lot of life skills that school didn ’t teach. Not just how to run a register and make change, or how to make a baked spaghetti, but how to interact positively with others. Things like finding ways to make connections with people that she wouldn ’t normally meet; how complimenting someone ’ s silly earrings or noticing a child’ s stuffed animal can really make ’ someone s day! Christine quickly learned all positions and was a natural choice to become an associate trainer. She was selected as Associate of the Month by the management team because she ’ s always willing to come in and cover shifts and stay late as needed. Christine also manages our Kid’ s Program. She takes care of making sure the area stays neat and tidy. Prints out Tony the Tomato coloring sheets and runs the Kid’ s Night craft table. She said it’ s one of her favorite parts of the job, hanging out with the little kiddos and doing the crafts. It helps satisfy her artsy side, just like “ painting” the breadsticks with butter. When I asked her about why she likes working at Fazoli’ s she said that the people at work can become some of your best friends; people that come from all walks of life that you might have never met. And that having a hard-working and supportive team matters a lot, not only to us, but to the guests too!
