Carmel with her heart of gold has a way of making everyone feel like family at the Stevens Point location. Not just the employees, but the customers as well. Her smile is infectious and genuine care and concern is so pure. She has a way of making everyone feel special and that’s why our customers and coworkers love her! Since Carmel has taken charge of the Tuesday night kids craft activities, she has locked in some future customers. They come in and ask specifically for her and return regularly to work on whatever arts and craft project she has planned. She has taken true ownership of this program. It takes a truly amazing person to have that kind of eﬀect on people and we’re so grateful to have her as part of the Fazoli’s family. For these reasons, I feel Carmel would be an amazing addition to the All American Team.
