Maintaining a 3.3 GPA in highschool as a JR(11th grade)
Certified to referee basketball and football as a 16 year old - youngest in the Quad City area
Coaches little league basketball for Little Rocks also AAU Basketball
Volunteered recently at Nest Cafe.Serving food to people in need and giving ack to the Quad City area
Continuing multi generational employment at Fazolis ,Romahn is the 3rd in his family to work for Fazoli's
Elected as president of IJAG in highschool
Teaches 4 classes on how to be successful after high school at Rock Island High School
Volunteers as a foreign exchange student guide during there first days at Rock Island High School
Motivated to one day own my own/run a non-profit organization
Has been already saving money to purchase my first vehicle - A Lincoln MKZ

Chosen for associate of month in November 2025
Shows up everyday with a Smile on his face ready to tackle the day
Learned everything but the Kitchen in the 7 months he has been with us
Jumps in where ever he is needed without being asked
Impressed the management team with his super work ethic even though its his first job
Shows he is a team player by being available when a shift needs to be covered
Comes in with a Positive attitude no matter the day he has had
Greets guest with warm welcome every chance he gets
Very detailed oriented with his kitchen task always checks with a manager to make things are good before clocking out

About

Romahn has been with our Fazoli’s family for a little over 11 months and in those 11 months he has became a Rockstar always willing to pick up shifts and help out where needed and did I mention this is his first Job . Always comes in ready to tackle his shift and with a smile on his face. Greets are guest with a warm welcome every chance he gets and the customers love him. Romahn comes form a Big Family of all Boys (6) with his Mom being the only one present and that not stopping anything. He attends school while also working a Job and Maintaining good grades to keep that 3.3 GPA. While also he volunteers at a Nest Cafe a local Food Bank for the less fortunate. He enjoys playing basketball/coaching the youth it gives them something to look up to. Romahn hopes one day to own/run his own non-profit organization to help give back to our community. He wants to break the generational curse of not going to College and be the first one to make it there and he’s pushing really hard for it . He’s been saving to buy his dream car a Lincoln MKZ and not letting anything stand in the way of that . I truly feel that Romahn would be a great candidate for All American
