I’ve known Makiah for about 4 and a half years, and watching her grow has been nothing short of truly rewarding. She’s an incredible young lady whose presence lights up any room – it’s honestly impossible to be upset around her. At Fazoli’s, Makiah consistently goes above and beyond, not just completing her tasks with excellence but also stepping up to support her teammates whenever they need it. She brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn that makes a real difference every day. Whether it’s helping out her coworkers on the floor, keeping the atmosphere upbeat during a rush, or simply offering a kind word or light-hearted joke, her contributions ripple through the whole team.
